Maybe instead of the kids actually typing things on it, they can write about what they learned today and I'll pick one to type or something. Or maybe I'll just post things :). That may be easier for the rest of this year!

P.S.- Keep us updated! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02316886987199736227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5540520568376776588.post-4369902608285044092013-04-08T19:17:18.465-07:002013-04-08T19:17:18.465-07:00I have one, but I'm the only one who posts. I ...I have one, but I'm the only one who posts. I think it's a GREAT tool to keep parents informed, and I have received several comments from parents about how much they enjoy it. It takes me anywhere from 5-10 minutes to post and I do it Monday-Thursday (although there have been weeks it wasn't that frequent). I say go for it! :)Meaganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17270497234998967115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5540520568376776588.post-30295144162456820232013-04-08T17:34:15.744-07:002013-04-08T17:34:15.744-07:00I have a classroom blog and I teach second grade! ...I have a classroom blog and I teach second grade! I just started it in February so we haven't done a whole lot. So far, two kids have blogged about their weekend with our guinea pigs and another about Family Fitness Week. It's been slow going because I really want to do it right. Parents and students seem super excited about it so I'm happy. I can't wait for next year so we can start right away. I'm using Edublogs because it seemed to offer more control. If you decide to go with it, we should communicate with each other. There's nothing like a real audience to motivate learning!

Dianne
Hopelessly Devoted to Teaching
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07921050630465971792noreply@blogger.com
